Trista from the Bachelorette have HG?

I just got the new People mag and Trista from the Bachelor, the one who married Ryan, just had a baby boy. It said after a difficult pregnancy (with severe MS and GD)...etc.
Well, sounds like HG to me! I just wish they would start using this word for severe MS and make it HG! Although it could just be MS, but misery loves company...
