Meclizine?

Any of you taking meclizine? I have read some posts where people swear by it! Gosh I wonder if something diff would make me feel better. I hate to mess with my meds when really although uncomfortable I am not SICK like I was with my daughter. Just wondering what you all thought? I guess I would stop the unisom and try the meclizine? Not sure exactly ... don't really think I will try now because I would hate to get worse! what a predicament!
