Cheese is sometimes okay for me. Funny - when I was about 7 weeks I ran out an bought a box of Mac and Cheese - thought it sounded good. However, by the time I got home, it was too late. The box is still in my pantry and the mere thought of it makes me sick (feeling sick just writing this email!). I'm 14 weeks now..
My do's include:
popcorn - also works for me.
Doughnuts (the cake kind with powdered sugar).
Very cold milkshakes made at home are good (Vanilla Ensure + Banana+ice)
Apples - have to be sliced with a knife, can't nibble from the apple itself
Dreyers Whole Juice Bars - popsicles that are great. Loved Lime and berry.
Protein was hardest for me as all meats are evil.. Sometimes I could manage a very cold yogurt..
If I'm having a good day/hour
- Chicken McNuggets (with BBQ sauce to cover the taste of the chicken!)
-Quesadilla - just tortilla and cheese
