Okay, so I'm not too far in yet... but these worked last time too.. so I thought I would share.
Applesauce... digests quickly... got a few vitamins out of it before I got sick... doesn't kill to come back up.
Bananas... yesterday, EVERY smell was making me gag. My bf wanted a kiss and I almost threw up lol... until he ate a banana! The nausea went away! We went to bed and I actually was able to fall asleep snuggled up to him!.. of course I dreamed about bananas.. lol.
Milk was a huge no-no for me before- but if I put it in the blender with frozen fruits and a bit of sugar... it's really good and has never made me sick yet... in small amounts of course.
