I think that anything frozen is worth a try. There is something about the coldness that numbs the tummy.
I had HG with my first pregnancy, and my (mean) dr recommended ice cream shakes..lots of calories, calcium, etc. but they never stayed down. Dairy is evil for me too. BUT...worth a try!
The cooollddd koolaid worked good too but my mean dr told me stop drinking it.
(I did find a nice dr!)
