Help for nausea

Postby Summer » Dec 31, 2006 12:32 am

Fresh rasberries help to get rid of nausea. I was able to eat them towards the end of my pregnancy. Anytime I would start feeling sick, I would eat a whole bunch of them. It actually helped!!! Just thought I'd let you know! Any foods help you with the nausea??

I am going to have to try the rasberries. I have been juicing a lot of veggies and fruits. I talked to a health foods person and they said to juice anything green and that will help detox. It has worked so far.
