Common allergens... introducing solids (FOODMENT!!!)

Postby Gracie » Oct 05, 2007 1:29 pm

I can't remember who it was... Teddi, Aimee, Robin or Karen (one of the oldies but goodies around here  ) had a link to the chart of food allergens (most to least common allergens).

I tried it again this morning, but the link is bust now. So, I came across these two great sites for those that want to read them/use them as references: (Caution, the links are lists of foods so FOOMENT FOODMENT FOODMENT)

Hope that this helps some of you out there either with elimination diets or when it comes time to introduce solids.

:hugs:

Thanks, Gracie! I'm going to sticky this for now, and then add the link to the big sticky the next time stickies are reviewed again.
