I can't remember who it was... Teddi, Aimee, Robin or Karen (one of the oldies but goodies around here
) had a link to the chart of food allergens (most to least common allergens).
I tried it again this morning, but the link is bust now. So, I came across these two great sites for those that want to read them/use them as references: (Caution, the links are lists of foods so FOOMENT FOODMENT FOODMENT)
