Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know Joseph Hector arrived safely on the 18th
@11:11am by c-section weighing 6lbs 12 oz.

I have only just got home from hospital wen night and been I have been pretty ruff and in alot of pain as my fibro flared up and it took them ages to sort pain releif. long story all i can say is junior doctors need to listen more.will explain in a proper post

So i will in the next week write more.

The grief of lossing Carys has been pretty hard and over wellming and i feel like i am right back at the begining.of my grief i have been and still am low,but i know i will get through it in time.

he looks like his sister

he is so far very good and is eating and sleeping well.
Still feeling nauses, but not needing any meds.

Congratulations on the birth of your sweet little boy, Natasha. I hope the pain is under control and the grief for your little girl is outweighed by joy about your son. You did an amazing job; take your time to sort through the emotions and savor the good times.
