lactose free milk??????

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with lactose free milk? I miss milk more than anything I really can't eat much of anything but I really miss milk but it makes me soooo ill. A friend mentioned lactose free milk might be easier to stomache any ideas?

Anything is worth a try! Usually, if your body is craving it, it's your best shot. I could never tolerate milk with HG, but I was able to eat soft-serve ice cream for a glorious 6-day stretch with #3. Something about the cold and the texture enabled my body to keep it down. At any rate, it doesn't come back up nearly as terribly as milk. You could try lactose-free milk, though I believe that your stomach is protesting ANYTHING at this point, not just the lactose.
