that is a heck of a cracker...might be the worst I've heard. I may joke that at 18 weeks I can still wear almost all of my pre-preggers pants, but only in the right company that knows I'm really not that thrilled about it.
Talk about a clueless woman...oh the things I'm sure all of us would like to say to her. I hate how people just don't get it about this disease. I was told by a radiology nurse yesterday that her SIL had hyperemesis and was told she needed a PICC but since she didn't want one she just up and got better. I was crying on the inside even as I smiled back at her and nodded like I was still listening. I could really just picture myself reaching out an strangling her if I had the strength right now...especially when she added on a would you like some crackers or ginger ale to the end.
What that daycare worker said to you has me all pissed off now! Thanks, it's taking my mind off of other worries.
