I've been finding very few things to drink, but I'm testing different things out to see what works and what doesn't.

Oddly enough, two things that were working the best for me were cold chocolate milk or high pulp orange juice. I think mainly because it gave me a full feeling. The orange juice was only temporary though, once it settles I usually end up getting sick.

Del-monte has larger cups of mixed fruit, not the kiddy cups that come in 6 packs or whatever. These ones are sold individually and are about 3 times bigger (guessing). I can sit there and munch on the fruits for a while which are very juicy, and it seems to settle my stomach when I'm feeling sick. Then there's lots of juice left over.

Since I can't stand ginger, there aren't really any ginger products I've been willing to try. But one thing I know I like is Boston Coolers. So today I whipped me one together, and didn't have any problem drinking it. I'm still full-feeling from it. Hopefully the vernours will help settle my nausea as well. I can't stand vernours by itself, so the icecream definitely helps.

I also have a couple boxes of italian ice cups, they aren't filling or anything, sometimes my stomach argues with me that I like them, but they usually end up staying down.

Coke. It almost always stays down and something about it does help my stomach.

Ginger Ale, the real kind not the Canada Dry stuff. This is an expensive one, but it does work.

Kombucha, especially the kind with ginger. Has electrolytes, folic acid, b vitamins, and all kinds of good stuff. Another expensive one.

Gatorade Gatorade Gatorade.

Jamba Juice, surprisingly (as long as it's not too heavy on the citrus).

Carrot juice is usually ok.

This time around, I have to stay away from: ALL citrus drinks and fizzy water (go figure!).

Right now, I have been able to keep down Iced Tea since it tastes the same coming back up and it doesn't hurt my throat. Also, hot tea helps me too =).

Our Costco sells red grapefruit in cups. Kind of like the Del Monte fruit cups, but these are fresh and come with lots of juice. I have seen them in the grocery store as well. There are days when these and manderin oranges are my only source of liquid. Weird how citrus can actually settle my stomach.

I forgot to add this way back so long ago...
Fountain Brisk Raspberry iced tea. Only the fountain. The canned/bottled stuff would not do.
It got me through most of ds3's pgcy.
