Hm, true to a certain extent. I'm satisfied with some of the issues I have helped to address and have perhaps made some people's lives a bit easier as a result. But I feel a nagging, gnawing feeling of drifting a bit too much right now and miss being more of the activist I was in my younger days.

I do like the French language, but have never been able to grasp it very well which has proven to be bad for my career here in Ottawa (a bilingual city). We are putting our daughter in French emersion next year to give her more opprotunities. I have been to France once- it was gorgeous and would love to go back again to see more:)
