Hello all,
I finally had my baby (43 weeks gestation). Had short natural labour and we're both home and doing well. He was born on the 25th (EDD was the 9th) and Weighing in at a whopping 10lbs . May I just add that I did that on gas and air, tens and a cocodamol  I'm feeling pretty heroic. Got home 12 hours labour so that was nice.
Haven't picked a name yet. So delighted to not be pregnant anymore as it was getting to be a bit of worry as time wore on and feeling very lucky that he has a clean bill of health.
Well, that's probably me done now with having babies as I'm 34 in a couple of months and consider this pregnancy to have been as good as I could have hoped for on the HG front compared to the first. Two's plenty for me. Never say never but unless someone out there finds a cure for HG I'm going to count myself as lucky that it didn't last quite until the end this time (6 months full on then mainly just nausea vs a first pregnancy of HG all the way until the last day).
Please excuse me for not posting a piccy but I'm a bit secretive with forums on that front. He's got a full head of light brown hair and is 54cm long. All in proportion despite being such a whopper.
Thanks for the support during my pregnancy, it made such a difference being able to discuss things with others who understood.
One very happy Nemomum.
