I had my twins 6/23 @ 37 weeks and immediately felt better. First thing I asked for was water. Plain non-carbonated water. Folks keep commenting on how well I look after having a c-section, UTI (and constant fever), and pre-e not to mention newborn twins to care for. In all honestly this is a cake walk compared to being pregnant. I'm so happy it's over.

Baby boy Benjamin born on 10.22.12!
Severe HG week 5 - 18, Moderate HG week 19 - 22, Mild HG week 23 - 30
Treatments: PICC line with TPN, Midline with fluids, Zofran, Ativan, Zoloft, Protonix, Milk of Magnesia
Total weight loss: 25 pounds

Congrats! I'm in the same boat with people commenting on how good I look, I think they're finally realizing how sick I actually was.

Oh wow, they are SO unbelievably cute!!!! Congratulations on those babies and being done with HG and a long pregnancy! Enjoy food, drinking, and having energy!
DD1 born Jan 29, 2010. Mod-Severe HG. Started treatment at 5 weeks. c-section (breech)

Oh they are so beautiful!! Don't they just smell like Heaven? I'm so happy for you - You did it! Very few things in life are as challanging as what you just made it through - I love water too! Take it slow and go easy on yourself. (PS - Great names - I have a brother named JD)

I love your comment about water, cause my brother-in-law (who took a week off of work to take care of our family while I was HGing it) asked me what I am enjoying the most now that I can eat, my response was WATER!

Oh congratulations!!! Your post is very encouraging, as I'm 22 wks pg w/ twin boys. Seeing your handsome little boys is just wonderful!
