Boost nutrition drinks are tolerable for me. The electrolytes in it really helps. I couldn't tolorate Gatorade. When I get really ambitious I add ice cream to it.
I switch foods that I am willing to eat almost every week. Here are some that worked for me for at least a week.
week 6
Macaroni and Cheese
Cream of Tomato Soup
Week 7-9
Boost
Lipton Noodle soup, it is a dry soup mix with noodles and chicken broth
Rice crispy Cereal
Bagel with whipped cream cheese
peanut butter and saltines
pretzels
angel hair noodles with either butter or catsup
apple juice
Sprite
week 10 (with Zofran)
soy burger
potato chips
pop corn
bean burrito (helped with the consitpation)
sweet stuff got to be too much for me in week 10 so I switched from apple juice and Sprite to plain water or mineral water.
