B6: early start

Postby sofietsje » Sep 10, 2004 6:54 am

Hi,

I am Sofietsje from Belgium. I have had two bad Hg-experiences in the past. Now I will try a third pregnancy.
My question: does it make really a difference to take B6 before or immediately after conception? Helped this someone? Bad experiences with this? I will try P5P, this is the active form of B6. Which Dose?
Thank you,

Sofietsje

Hi Sofietsje,

Taking prenatal vitamins before pregnancy will definitely boost your systems. It's a good idea, especially since most of us can't take them while pregnant.

With my second pg, I started unisom and b6 the first week I knew...week 5. It didn't work for me this time, but the combination was perfect for me with my first hg pregnancy. Check the protocols and ask your physician as well.

How are you doing? You posted a while back. Any baby news?
