Vitamins & Ginger root

Hi all,

Been looking on here at vitamins that help your body to prepare for Hg and just overall health.

I picked up

Vitamin C 500mg
Folic acid with Vit D 400ug
B6 - 50mg
Magnesium - 250mg
Ginger root - 550 mg
Wild yam - 405 mg
Super greens - 500 mg
Milk thistle


I'm going to start taking the folic acid , Vit b6 , Vit c , magnesium & super greens now. But can anybody help me out on when and if to introduce ginger,wild yam or milk thistle? Bit stuck on these 3 and keep seeing good things and then bad things like they can be harmful to your baby? Please help!!!! Very stuck!!!
