Low fat diet before pregnancy help anyone????

I'm working on pregnancy number two, and I'm wondering if a low fat diet will alleviate some symptoms this time around. Has anyone had success? Is it worth it? I think the more I think about becoming pregnant, the more I want to pig out on fattening foods.... This is going to be a challenge.
