This morning I managed to poo and spew simultaneously for the first time this pregnancy.
Not something for Facebook!
I hear you both on the low baby, will find out tomorrow at the midwife if this one is actually engaged, but I suspect she has her head jammed right down there. I've been finding working a real struggle coz sitting at my desk puts so much pressure on my pelvis that by the end of the day, I can hardly walk and am in tears from the pain in my pelvic joints. I'm pretty sure it's SPD as I had it in my first pregnancy, but the only way to alleviate the symptoms is to avoid sitting for long periods of time and I really need to stay at work as long as possible coz we need the money. I'm planning to work til 37 weeks, but if I can't get a handle on this pain, it ain't gonna happen...
Hotbrass - how far along do you have to be to deliver at home? I know it's terrible, but knowing that I'm 33 weeks (tomorrow) and bub is a good weight, I just want her out. I know in is the best place for her for at least another 3 weeks, but honestly, the thought of a couple of weeks in NICU is so much more appealing than being pregnant anymore. And yes, I know how f*cked up that is, but HG is really messing with my head right now.
Anne - we're the opposite down here in Australia, the weather has really cooled down this last week or so which is actually quite nice coz I found the heat made my nausea so much worse. But it means we've also started the winter sports season so we're jugging soccer and netball practices and games, plus Maya Grace's taekwondo. Last night was mental, I left work at 5pm, picked up Chiara from daycare, DH dropped Maya at taekwondo then took the twins to soccer practice, I went up to taekwondo to meet Maya, he met me there with the twins and then we all got home about 7.30. By the time I'd fed them, bathed them and put them to bed it was 8.30pm and I was shattered. I keep thinking how much easier it will be with baby in tow coz I won't be feeling so horrid.
